Elaine enjoys working with a wide array of clients and believes in personalized treatments and advice for each client. She passionately believes that osteopathy provides a unique way of looking at chronic issues by treating the root of the problem, not simply the symptoms.
Elaine has an interest in how other body systems can play a role in creating or maintaining musculoskeletal conditions. Such as, breathing mechanics and how dysfunctional breathing patterns can have a widespread effect on the body. She also has a special interest in women’s health, including pre and postnatal care, as well as babies and children.
Personally, Elaine enjoys traveling and experiencing other cultures, as well as, hiking, snowboarding and yoga. Her yoga practice has allowed her to gain a better understanding of breathing, posture and how the body moves in a functional way.
